From math challenges to 3D design, our campers spent five days turning ideas into real creations — and watching those ideas come to life was the best part. 💡🖨️

What do teenagers learn when they become the teachers? 👀

Felix sits down with Vivien , a rising 11th grader at Phillips Exeter Academy and a robotics enthusiast, to talk about her experience coaching at ICEA STEM Summer Camp.

Her biggest takeaway? Teaching is only part of the job. She also learned how to connect with younger kids, manage a classroom, and find the balance between keeping students engaged and keeping the class on track.

Sometimes the best way to learn leadership is to be given the chance to lead. 💡
