Welcome to a new year, Bearcats! I’m Mrs. Leeth and I’m so excited for the music we will make this year at East and West! This is the start of my 16th year in elementary music, and I hold Bachelor and Master of Music degrees in music education. I love using world drums and xylophones in lessons and folk music/dance, too. Tune in here to keep up with our music students throughout the year! 🎶

6th grade recently did group commercial projects where they created a fictional product, an ad copy, background music, and a jingle, then performed for the class. We had some groups that really went the extra mile with costumes and props! It was definitely a joy to witness the creativity they brought to the table.
