📢 Field Day is Tomorrow! ☀️🎉

We are excited for a fun-filled day of games, activities, and school spirit!

A few important reminders:
🔹 Wear your class color – Be sure your child comes dressed in their assigned class color for the day.

🔹 Bring a towel or small blanket – Students can use this to sit on for lunch.

🔹 Lunch Details– Lunch will be provided for all students! Parents are invited to join their child for lunch. Grades K-2 will eat lunch from 11:15-12 and Grades 3-5 will eat from 12:15-1. Parents must provide their own food.

🔹 Parent Attendance & Volunteers- Only parents who have signed up to volunteer at activity stations will be permitted in the back of the school or inside the building. No other spectators will be permitted. Parents who have not signed up to volunteer are welcome to attend lunch only.

Thank you for helping us make Field Day a safe and enjoyable event for everyone. We can't wait for a fantastic day! 🎈🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

A huge thank you to Marty Mows and the PTA Beautification Committee for all of the hard work last week to make improvements to CWES property on Urby Drive!

The team extended the bottom landscape timber, installed a swale to help redirect water into the woods at the top of the hill, added fresh mulch, installed a drain leading to the parkway, and completed a French drain along the bottom landscape timbers.

We truly appreciate the time, effort, and care that went into improving and protecting this area for the community. Thank you for making such a positive difference!

That’s a wrap on Teacher Appreciation Week! 🍦
We ended the week on a sweet note with the truck treating our amazing teachers and staff to some well-deserved ice cream. Thank you to everyone who helped make this week special and to our teachers and staff for everything you do every single day for our kids. We appreciate you more than words (or ice cream) can say! ❤️
