Cub Scout Pack 115, Crofton

Thank you to everyone who came out for Pack 115's Winter Camp 2026! This year held at Rodney Scout Reservation, we camped in rustic cabins heated with wood burning stoves, and practiced pioneering, first aid, perler-bead art and radio communication. We also played gagaball, learned how to use wood burning stoves, enjoyed a killed theater-story telling performance, went on hikes, and practiced reverence.

Weather was awesome!

Also, apparently the scouts defeated a Demegorgon in the forest....or so they said...

Well, another great Pack 115 Pinewood Derby is on the books!

This year's theme was "Minecraft", and our Scouts crushed it with fast, creative, and sophisticated designs.

Thank you to all the competitors, our whole Pack family, and especially the Cardes family (Andrew and Clarissa, and their kids) that were the lead planners for the event.

Riverhawk District's Camp Riverhawk is now open for Registration!

Now open for registration by current Lions thru Webelos (K-4), Camp Riverhawk is a day camp 22-26June 2026 at Elks Camp Barrett. Including archery, swimming STEM, scout skills, outdoor games and arts, it's a great way to get involved in scouting, and to kick of your Scout's summer with a bang.

Location is 1001 Chesterfield Rd, Annapolis, MD (Elks Camp Barrett).

Oh, and yes, they need volunteers to help with a variety of efforts-

AOL Scouts learning some basic first aide

Thank you yo everyone who joined us for the Webelos and AOLs Spookoree campout last weekend. Good times had by all, and excellent mentorship by numerous Scouting Troops here in River Hawk District BSA (basically Ann Arundel County Area).

Such a spooky fun time at the Crofton Trunk or Treat AND we even won 2nd place in the vehicle decorating! Special thank you to the Marinellis for volunteering to decorate their vehicle! Come see our trophy at the next Pack meeting!

Thanks to everyone who came out, and a big thank you to the Arundel Volunteer Fire Department who came out to teach our Scouts about fire safety. We had a great time also learning how to build fires, and to use extinguishers.
