MEDAL RESULTS ARE IN!
Jordyn got a Bronze Medal! 🥉She competed against a lot of students who are going into Culinary and Baking Professions and I am so proud of her for making it this far and doing her absolute best! ❤️

Kinzley and Brooklyn got a Silver medal! 🥈 For them just joining FCCLA and doing their very first project they did amazing! I am beyond proud of them!❤️

STAR takes a lot of dedication and commitment and they started these projects back in November and still continued to work on them to make it this far! Proud is definitely an understatement for this group of girls!😊

Also shout out to Melisa Ebel for coming with and helping me out! I appreciate all of your help always!🫶🏻

Day 4 of NLC! ❤️
We went to rally on the hill wear we got to listen to the national officers talk about how these students are the future for the next 250 years! It was really neat to see all the read gathered around in front of the Nations Capitol! After that we walked through the U.S Botanic Garden! Then we headed to the water front for our Lunch Cruise! It was a nice beautiful afternoon noon relaxing on the water! Then we came back and explored the shops and stores around around our hotel!

Although we didn’t have anyone place in the top 10 I am still extremely proud of these girls and all of their hard work! We find out later this today what medals they got and their final scores! It has been a fantastic week! But I think we are all ready to come home!😊
Huge thank you to everyone who donated and bought stuff from us to help make this trip possible! We truly do have a great community that supports us!!

NLC Day 3!!
All girls competed today and overall it went well! After Kinzley and Brooklyn presented we walked around the Expo and the FCCLA store! Jordyn was able to bring back the stuff she made today! She made Chocolate Eclairs, Orange cranberry scones, chocolate butter cookies, and decorated a cake! She did fantastic!! We are so proud of her!
After everyone was done competing we headed to Cheesecake Factory for Celebratory supper! 😊Jordyn found this fantastic Ice cream place called Scoop N Scootery for us to try and it was so good! 🍦
Overall it was a great day and we can’t wait to get our results back tomorrow! 🤞🏻❤️

Day 1 of National FCCLA!! ❤️
We left Creighton at 2:00am and drove to Omaha for our flight we arrived in DC around 2. We were all exhausted from our long travel day we just hung out and waited for our room to get ready! Then headed to the convention center for opening session and the girls did some pin trading! To end the night the girls brought me a cookie for my birthday😊
