SLC Day 3!
The students started the day by attending some sessions and putting their Projects in spotlight on projects!! Ian and his SPOT team presented two sessions this morning over their National Program!!Then we had the STAR event recognition ceremony!!
🌟STAR Results🌟
- Baking and Pastry’s level 3-Jordyn E- Gold Medal 🥇State Champ! National Qualifier!!

- Chapter Service Project Display Level 2-Kinzley and Brooklyn Gold medal 🥇3rd place!!

- Chapter Service Project Display Level 3-Hanna and Cristen Gold Medal 🥇 3rd Place!!

- Fashion Construction level 1-Emily Burrell-Silver Medal 🥈!!

- National Programs in Action level 3-Ian and Ellison- Silver Medal 🥈!!

- Teach and Train level 3-Aspen- Silver Medal 🥈!!
I am extremely greatful for all of these students hard work and dedication!! Jordyn Ebel and I will be heading to Nationals in July!!❤️

🌟Day 2 of SLC!!🌟
STAR Competition day!!
🌟Jordyn Ebel Competed in Baking and Pastry’s! She baked S’mores cookies, cheddar chive puffs, blueberry muffins and decorated a Cake!
🌟Aspen competed in Teach and Train! She developed 3 lessons and taught them to the 5th grade class! Here at state she gave her presentation with her portfolio and poster!
🌟Hanna and Cristen competed in Chapter Service Project! They presented about the completion of their Christmas Activity books!
🌟Ian and Ellison competed in National programs in action! There preparation was over the Halloween 5k we hosted back in December! Along with their $600 donation to NAMI Nebraska!
🌟Kinzley and Brooklyn also competed in Chapter Service Project Display! They presented about their Sensory buckets they created for the PreK-6th grade classrooms!
🌟Emily competed in Fashion and Construction! She presented about her Suit coat that she made for our Chapter President Ian!
During the Awards and Recognition session Creighton FCCLA received 3 different awards! The first award was the Red Chapter Affiliation we were able to get this award because we have 81% of our FCCLA members enrolled in a FCS course! The second award was the Student Body National Program award! This award was awarded to us for Ian and Ellison’s outstanding work with their Halloween 5k that raised $600 to NAMI Nebraska! Lastly was the Chapter award and we received Silver! We ended the night Celebrating with ice cream, the dance, swimming, and hanging out!! These kids are on fire and are doing amazing things!! Tomorrow we find out about STAR Results!!😊
