Thursdays 7pm
Entire 6 week session $42 resident $48 non resident
Or $10 cash drop in day of - no registration needed

April 9th - May 14th
Thursdays at 7pm
$42 Resident $48 nonresident for all 6 weeks
$10 drop in per class if you don’t want to register for all 6

This weekend we spring forward and gain some much needed daylight ☀️ I am so excited for warmer days!

I have just set up the spring session of yoga classes at Coventry Community Center. This time it’s a 6 week session. April 9th - May 14th
Thursdays 7pm @ Coventry Community Center
All 6 weeks - $42 Coventry Resident $48 Non-Resident
If you don’t want to commit to all 6 weeks, it’s a $10 drop in fee. You can use the link in my bio to sign up!

Also planning on some sort of outdoor classes as well. Stay tuned for more info on that 🌳

Cranston roads are an absolute nightmare. There’s about 6-12 inches of snow still on main roads. It’s crazy. I made it to class safely but be mindful if you’re headed that way to get to the Edge Cranston.
I’ve cancelled my barre class tonight at Citizens in Johnston. I’m done driving for the day.
Hopefully tomorrow is better! 😬

Currently buried under a mountain of snow, as I’m sure most of you are! Morning classes have been cancelled at Edge Fitness tomorrow Tuesday. They currently plan on opening for classes tomorrow night, but honestly it’s not looking good friends. Stay tuned for updates. Hope you’re all warm and safe ❤️

With the predicted foot of snow overnight I have made the decision to cancel class tomorrow Monday 9:45am LAFitness Warwick. LAFitness has not made any official cancellations or delays yet. I’ll keep you posted with any updates.

The Edge Fitness has cancelled all classes Monday and there will be no Edge Kids for the day. They will be opening at 12pm but check your email/socials for any changes.

Stay safe, stay warm and I’ll see you for a good stretch when it’s all over!

Well we certainly got our fair share of snow today!
Edge Fitness has cancelled all morning classes for Monday but will open at 9am.
LaFitness is opening at 9am. If it looks clear-ish in the morning I’ll be there for 9:45am yoga. If I decide to cancel I’ll post here!
