Our program performs at home football, soccer & basketball games, and competes at the national level
The FHC Sensations JV and Varsity Dance Teams are comprised of students who go through a week long try-out in order to be placed on the team. There are specific grade and dance requirements students are expected to maintain to participate in try-outs and be a member of the team. Both Sensation teams are seen performing at FHC home football, soccer, and basketball games, and all FHC Pep Assemblies. Both teams compete at the local, regional, and national level.

This was our FIRST time competing in the pom category, and it was quite the experience. Taking on a brand new category was scary, challenging, and completely out of our comfort zone… but this team never once backed down. No one held back. Everyone was willing to try something new, push past limits, and trust the process.
And wow… was it worth it.
A huge THANK YOU to our incredible choreographer Ashley, for trusting us with such a dynamic, difficult routine and believing we could bring it to life. You challenged us in the best way, and we are SO thankful for it.

This journey really showed what this team is made of. Every early morning, every full out, every moment of trusting each other led to SIX performances on that stage and memories we’ll carry forever. We grew, we fought, and we made program history together.

It’s almost time for NDA Nationals and the Sensations are READY to take the stage! Bags are packed and we’re heading to the airport to catch our flight. The hard work, the long practices, the early mornings—it all leads to this moment. We can’t wait to represent and leave everything on that floor 😍
