WšŸ¤©W !! Itā€™s taken me over a week to get my bearings over the amazing weekend we had at Lash Con 2026 San Diego. When I tell you how very privileged I feel to be part of the lash and brow community. But most of all celebrating with my Elleebana Family. I have been working for my self for almost 20 years, so when I became an instructor/ distributor for Elleebana USA 10 years ago I never thought I would get to witness the most precious moments as watching my beloved Elleebana get to come home with 2 amazing awards. Most importantly lash brand of the year. Thank you to thelashconference for creating this platform for so many to be seen. I have never felt so much pride as I did watching so many talented companies and the humans driving them being represented.

After 10 years of consecutive lifting/lamination, I have to say Iā€™m still trying to make sure I bring everyoneā€™s beauty to the forefront while enhancing their lashes and or brows. Still learning. Can you tell what silicone I used? The perfect c curl with a cat eye. šŸ‘ļø

Color me surprised when the main question that was asked during the show was ā€œdo you have a Korean Lash lift kitā€? And listen I get it. I wouldā€™ve been confused as well, as I came to find out, a lot of lash lift companies are bundling their product as an actual Korean lash lift kit. But what is a Korean lash lift? Itā€™s a technique used with Elleebanaā€™s Pro Fusion. Not a completely new line as thought. Just two extra products needed . So needless to say Elleebanaā€™s flat shields and the Elleemix Powder were the bell of the ball. And if you have been interested in learning the Korean lash lift, then do I have a class for you. Whether you want to take it in person or as an online class, Elleebanaā€˜s Korean lash lift course, not only teaches you korean technique, but also freestyle and the glue-less method. Find my class under my bio. šŸ˜Ž

The next time you are wondering if you should try a different shape on your client. The answer is always yes. The flex rod gives a softer curl taking away from the length of her lashes, while the flex shield gave her lashes a more lifted appearance.

Did you know that Elleebanaā€™s siliconeā€™s have an expiration date? Yes thatā€™s right, the shields , hybrid shields and rods do have a shelf life. And although you may find yourself replacing them far sooner because you lost a pair to the sink or the trash. The ones you use day in and day out will start to loose there luster and or shape. And that is because they do need to be replaced.
These have a 2 year shelf life. So if you find yourself struggling to work with your favorite set. It just may be time to replace them. Two things I do to keep mine in tip top shape isā€¦

1. Not tinting on them, I tend to see more brunette lashes then lighter lashā€™s so tinting my silicones do not allow me to see the darker lashes as well, leaving my self with not the best results.

2. Not letting my silicones sit in my sanitation tray longer than 10 minutes as the disinfectant tends to break them down so much sooner than I would want. So making sure to stay vigilant, rinsing right away and putting them back in their designated place.
This might be your sign to check your stock and get spring ready. Happy Friday everyone.
