Been a while since I went for a bike ride with no destination.

How far? No idea.How long? A couple hours maybe.Where? No plan at all.

There’s something called the “red car theory.”

If you head out looking for red cars, suddenly they seem to be everywhere. Not because there are more of them. Because your awareness changed.

Today, I went looking for beauty instead.

And all of a sudden, everything looked like a photo opportunity. The light. The water. The quiet streets. Random little moments I normally would’ve ridden right past. Even photobombed by a Blackhawk!!!
