“Be careful!” sounds helpful… but what if we taught our kids how to notice danger, assess it, and make their own decisions? 🌱

Instead of giving them fear, give them skills.
Instead of saying “Be careful,” try asking: “What do you notice?” ❤️

That’s how we build confidence, body trust, and independence.
