Brianna is the Resident Vocal Director/Private Lesson Coordinator at CAT and teaches private vocal lessons to more than 30 students weekly. Brianna studied Music at California Baptist University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music with an emphasi
s in Vocal Performance and has been teaching privately for over 10 years. While in College she performed contemporary worship music with the University Choir and Orchestra, sang classical works with the Oratorio Choir, performed in musicals, and received extensive Bel Canto style vocal training. She also taught vocal lessons and musical directed shows in Riverside and San Diego during that time. However, her heart has always been in musical theatre, which she has studied since a very young age. Brianna has performed in dozens of musicals and has been a recipient of several Inland Theatre League awards for both performing and directing. Some of her performance credits include Featured Soloist in Fresh Off Broadway, Mrs. Potts in Beauty & The Beast, Mayzie La Bird in Seussical, and Madame Thenardier in Les Miserables where she had the opportunity of performing with a cast of Broadway stars. She has vocal directed throughout Southern California having done such shows as Mary Poppins, Oklahoma, Joseph...Dreamcoat, Shrek the Musical, The Little Mermaid, A Little Princess, Oliver, and All Shook Up just to name a few. Her passions do not only lie in singing. Brianna is an actor that believes to truly communicate a song, you must be an actor who can sing, not just a singer who can act. Brianna is an ITL judge and is very active in the community and attends countless performances where she has the opportunity to scope out songs and shows that will inspire her as a teacher and benefit her students.
