Dearest Gentle-Students,

It has come to my attention that the most influential members of our court, our extraordinary educators, are in need of a celebration befitting of their high rank. In possession of unparalleled wit, grace and tireless dedication, it is our esteemed teachers who deserve the highest of commendations in the coming week.

While their brilliance is a gift in itself, it would be most agreeable if each scholar would attend and present a small token of appreciation on Friday, May 8, 2026 to the teacher, as a final salute to the week of celebratory events!

One must agree with the proclamation, that amidst a season of superficial sparkles, the individuals truly shining brighter than any jewel in the Queen’s collection are our teachers, whose dedication renders them, without question, the true “Diamonds of the Season!” 💎

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of attending the PTA Founders Day Luncheon, where we celebrated the rich history and lasting impact of PTA. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments and renew our commitment to supporting children and families.

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Green on being named this year’s Founders’ Day Honoree!

This special recognition is awarded to someone who truly embodies the spirit and mission of PTA—putting children first, supporting families, and strengthening the connection between home and school.

Mrs. Green consistently goes above and beyond, often working behind the scenes and giving her time, energy, and heart to make a meaningful difference. Her dedication, compassion, and leadership inspire us all and help foster a positive, supportive environment where our students can thrive.

We’re celebrating Read Across America Week next week with fun activities and themed dress-up days!

Monday: Bring a blanket to sit and read with a friend. 🧺📖
Tuesday: Express yourself! Dress in your favorite things, style, or hobby. 🎨🎵⚽
Wednesday: Match Day – Dress up to match with your friends! 👯
Thursday: Wear a positive or kindness shirt. 💛
Friday: Wear your favorite sports team shirt or jersey. 🏈⚽🏀

Students will also be participating in Book Bingo next week, during their regular library time!
