The goal isn’t to run yourself into the ground with endless cardio, no energy, terrible hormones, and “surviving” your prep. A well-structured plan should support your physique and your overall wellness.
You can make progress without living on dirt calories.
You can prep without hating your life.
You can chase big goals while still prioritizing your health, recovery, hormones, and longevity in the sport.
The process should challenge you, yes. But it should also be sustainable, enjoyable, and something you’re proud to experience. ✨

So proud of my client Dominique for bringing home some hardware today!!😍🤩 Her Fitmodel debut topped her last stage package 10 fold🥳

Not only did we improve physique but overall mindset and approach to prep and bodybuilding this time around 🤩 Got some amazing feedback from the judges! Going to take that and plan for what’s to come next!!

Not usually one to post check in updates during a prep but I made a promise to myself that this prep I’ll be doing things differently!💖
Sharing and documenting the process not for myself but to show that prep can be fun and exciting! It doesn’t have to be exhausting and dreadful to the point where you question your ability, where you wonder if this is actually right for you! ENJOY THE JOURNEY!!
The journey is going to be different for everyone and that’s what makes it so special! We’re all doing this for different reasons and different purpose! That’s why it’s so unique and such a powerful sport 💖
Starting this prep in a much better spot physically and mentally than I ever have! A year off stage, is the longest break I’ve ever had … usually only taking 3-4 month which is NOT ideal lol but I’m stubborn🙃😌
