MEET THE TEACHER MONDAY 🥳

Meet Ms. Melissa! Melissa is currently our 4s and TK teacher as well as the owner of the Bright Kids Learning Academy Lakeside.

She loves gardening and water! She would spend every day at the pool if she could.

She has been teaching preschool for a little over 20 years. She has a true passion for teaching, and always makes time for a child no matter how long they need it. She knows she always gets theirs ❤️

A few fun facts about about Melissa:

1️⃣ She is from Texas (and her folks still live there).
2️⃣ Melissa has two beautiful daughters: Katie and Cassie!
3️⃣ She has two amazing dogs: Murphy and Stella
4️⃣ Her favorite places to eat are anywhere in Birkdale (but really loves Kung Fu)
5️⃣ She cannot do without her morning coffee! It makes her a happier person
6️⃣ She’s not a big shopper. She orders everything online! She’s a big shopper at Amazon.
7️⃣ Melissa’s favorite color is yellow
8️⃣ She loves watching sports (mostly football, basketball, volleyball and tennis)
9️⃣ Melissa says she has the greatest girlfriends!
🔟 Melissa loves coming to work everyday. She considers herself so lucky to have a job she absolutely loves!
