Our winner will receive $250 worth of Maine State Lottery scratch tickets plus a generous one-hour photography session donated bFinally Home Photographyhy, valued at $350.

Every dollar raised goes directly back into the Bear Brook Equestrian Adaptive Riding Program to help provide safety equipment, adaptive riding equipment, scholarships for riders in need, and show attire and equipment for our Special Olympics team. Your support helps us continue providing meaningful horseback riding opportunities that build confidence, independence, friendships, and life skills for riders of all abilities.

We will be selling 400 tickets only. Once all 400 tickets have been sold, we will hold the drawing and announce the winner.

Road to Special Olympics — Skowhegan! 💚🐴

Just another night doing what we love with some of our favorite crew. 💚

Special O practice was full of good rides, lots of laughs, and our team putting in the work! Every practice gets us one step closer to Skowhegan.

The Road to Special Olympics – Skowhegan! 🐴💚

We’re so excited to introduce another amazing rider in our Bear Brook Equestrian family!

Meet Willow! 💚

• Years riding: This is my first year ever
• Years with Bear Brook Equestrian: This is my first year
• Favorite thing about riding: I love walking the horses

Goal for this season: Learning how to ride them!

We’re so excited to have Willow as part of the Bear Brook Equestrian Team! Although this is her very first year riding, she has already been having so much fun getting comfortable in the with the horses and learning all about them. Willow loves walking the horses and is working on building her confidence and riding skills with every lesson.

It’s been so much fun watching her experience so many “firsts” this season, and we can’t wait to watch her continue learning, growing, and reaching new goals along the way. We’re so proud of you, Willow, and can’t wait to see what the rest of your Special Olympics Equestrian journey brings! 💚🐴

A whole lot of work went into turning a patch of woods into this! 🥹🐴💚

From cutting trees and clearing stumps, to hauling gravel, rolling, leveling, and everything in between… this ring has been a labor of love from the very beginning. So many hours, so much hard work, and a whole lot of people willing to lend a hand to make it happen.

I’m beyond grateful for Jesse Crosby, Danny Crosby, Robert Crosby, Anthony Haines, Philip Haines, Mark Nelson, Mark Nelson Jr., Greg Pooler, Lucas Crosby, Lincoln Crosby, Kaydiense Nelson, and Kynsley Nelson for all the time and work you’ve put into helping turn my vision into what it is today. I truly couldn’t have done it without you guys.

So many memories have already been made in this ring. Lessons, laughs, accomplishments, first rides, goals being made to accomplished, Special Olympics lessons, and even our wedding. ❤️ It’s been the backdrop for some of the most special moments in our lives, and now that it’s officially FINISHED, I can’t wait for all the memories still to come.

Pretty crazy to look back at these pictures and remember that this all started as just woods.
