For many of you who know me, you might know my story but for those of you who don’t let me give you a quick rundown. At a young age I was very overweight, because of that I experienced severe ridicule in school and harsh bullying. I used that as motivation to lose over 60lbs in just 6 months. After I lost the weight I used that same motivation to build muscle and reach my goal of getting accepted into the fire dept 👨🏻‍🚒. One week before graduation I got into a severe accident in the middle of training and I ended up in and out of the hospital for about another 6 months. The doctors told me I had a very high chance of my heart stopping any second. Well thankfully they were wrong! 😅 I’m still here and not planning on going anywhere anytime soon! Soon after that I met the love of my life and I got married. I went back to school and now I’m certified as a Personal Trainer in the state of Florida. My goal is to use my training both in the fire academy, and in personal training to help others like myself to achieve their goals. I might not look like I used to but,now you will see first hand how anyone no matter what size or age can reach their goals and I will be visual proof and hopefully an inspiration as I get in shape right alongside of y’all.
