I WILL NEVER QUIT‼️

Hey guys.

It’s your buddy Nick here.

Back with another motivation packed post.

I know some people saw my post last week and got worried.

Let me just say this.

I WILL NEVER QUIT!

I would literally rather die.

Now if something doesn’t align with my goals I have no problem cutting it off.

When it comes to the actual goals?

There’s no stopping this train.

Things may not be always going the way I want.

My mom told me long ago “God works on his own time”.

Your time is coming.

This is a message to everyone out there.

Keep fighting.

Keep getting better.

If nothing else you WILL inspire hundreds, maybe even thousands of people to excel in their lives.

I could honestly give a flying fish stick about some measure of success like 10k a month in revenue if I’m going to be a sh*tty person.

I didn’t get into this because I wanted to make a bunch of money.

That’s just a possibility is all.

I have a career I love.

Most people will never be able to say that unfortunately.

The focus for me however will always be becoming a better version of myself.

Just so you guys know.

I would never quit.

I really don’t even know how.

I didn’t make it this far with that attitude.

Honesty I would probably be dead or in jail.

So keep fighting.

The pain will be for nothing if you give it up.

You see all these ads with these super shredded dudes...

How does it make you feel?

Not good probably.

Would you believe me if I said you don’t have to feel like this!

In fact you should never feel like this!

Most of these guys are 40-50 years old.

They’ve spent years building these athletics physiques!

You want it all in 3 weeks???

Look man...

Lean gains are cool, but that is a very long game process.

If you really want muscle you need to bulk.

Now should you worry about getting lean first?

Hell yes!

Cut the fat and shred down!

After that start your true bulk and build the Hercules frame you deserve.

This will speed up your metabolism which is necessary to build muscle.

Here’s the issue.

You will gain some fat!

You can either be comfortable with the process, which is very uncomfortable, or you can quit halfway in.

How dedicated will you be to the process?

One of my wife’s love languages is quality time.
We make sure to pick AT LEAST one day a week where we can spend a few hrs with just us.
Usually it’s hiking. That way we can get our steps and express our love! 💜
Plus nature is awesome. 🌲
It’s a win win situation! Remember couples! Happy spouse happy house! 🏡

6 Week Progress Check! ❤️

For the last 6 weeks I have been doing bicep 3-4 times a week!

I’ve also been bulking. Over eating yet still making gains!

I’m just out here trying to look the part.

If I’m gonna be a trainer I’m gonna look like a trainer. Not just any average trainer either.

I want to be the embodiment of my clients dreams. Ambition, and determination.

Not many things are left behind when we pass on. One thing that will always be left behind is your legacy.
How will people remember you?
A lot of my biggest influences left enormous legacies.
Teddy Roosevelt. Michael Jordan. Malcolm X... what made it so they have undying legacies??? 🤔
They never quit! They kept rolling through unimaginable obstacles to achieve success beyond success.

🛑 Counting reps
🛑 Ignoring your triceps

What you should be doing is 👇🏾

✅ Work Arms Multiple Times A Week
✅ Keep Going Until It Hurts
✅ Work Your Triceps, Biceps, and Forearms

I make things hang. Yes I get paid a good amount. Yes it can be dangerous...
Honestly the most dangerous thing is the drive to work in the morning.
I found this line of work when I had nothing else going.
I put my all into rigging, and rigging showed me the way. ❤️
I don’t plan on doing it forever, but it will forever be a part of me.
I am forever a rigger. In mind, body, and spirit.
Thanks to the forefathers for laying a path for me to follow.
