We had a blast at our annual Pre-K Fair this morning and welcoming our youngest learners to the CISD family. These students and families were able to learn more about the district, their schools in the fall, school lunches, transportation and more. A special thank you to San Daniele Italian Eatery for providing the pizzas for this event.

Coppell ISD School Nurses have partnered with Project ADAM at Cook Children’s to earn recognition as a “Heart Safe” School District. For years, CISD campuses have followed the program model by establishing emergency response teams and training staff in CPR and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). This year, the nursing team aimed to meet every program requirement for all seventeen schools, including informing local emergency medical services of each campus's cardiac emergency response plan. Congratulations to our nurses for championing another important safety initiative and helping protect our students and staff.
