Good afternoon, DeMolay Arkansas,

After reflecting on the subject of elections, I have decided to roll back the clock to when I was a DeMolay.

At Convention 2025, we will have the following:

1. The "drop down" rule will no longer be used at Convention.
2. Each Chapter can have up to three voting delegates.
3. No two members from the same Chapter can run for the same State office.

At the business meeting (Friday, July 11th at 10:30 AM), we will have candidate speeches, questions from the delegates for anyone running for office, and a caucus afterwards prior to voting.

I retain the right to appointment active DeMolays to any positions on the State line, either elected or appointed offices.
