Such a great night grabbing hair and breaking arms! 😲

Nooooo... we didn't really break any arms, but it sure was fun practicing how to do it! 💪🏻😎

Serious question: Would you know what to do if someone grabbed your hair to control you, or to pull you into isolation? If your answer is no, guess what? We’ve got a move for that!

WE started class today with hugs (rear bear hug defenses!) and ended with flowers! 🌸🌷🌼 And snacks... can't forget the snacks! 😁

What makes Women Empowered so special is that it’s more than just a hobby... it’s community and sisterhood. It's a place where women come together to learn self defense, but soon realize they've found their tribe, their inner strength, and their voice. A place of support and encouragement. 🩷

WE're so grateful for all of the amazing ladies that showed up this morning for Valentine's Day hugs, and stayed to create bouquets as beautiful and unique as they are! 🥰

And to those of you who couldn't make it... WE missed you!!

Our Women Empowered Gracie Jiu-Jitsu program isn’t just about self-defense — it’s about confidence, boundaries, strength, and taking up space in the world unapologetically.

Every week, these incredible women show up. Tired. Busy. Juggling work, kids, life, school, everything. And still… they choose themselves.

They train.
They sweat.

Watching this group grow — supporting each other, laughing together, celebrating every small win — has been nothing short of inspiring. It’s more than a class… it’s a sisterhood.
