Attention all new and returning ACA student‑athletes:
Our summer training and sports medicine hours are officially underway. All ACA athletes — in season or out of season — are welcome to participate.

🏋️‍♂️ Armada Strength – Summer Weight Room Schedule

Football, Basketball, Soccer, and Baseball have designated training blocks Monday–Thursday.

Any ACA team not listed may attend during Open Gym times.

Show up ready to work and build your foundation for the year ahead.

🩺 Sports Medicine – Open Athletic Training Room Hours

Mon–Thurs: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
The ATR is open for rehab, injury evaluations, taping, recovery work, and general athletic care for all ACA student‑athletes.
