Here's the thing: what you say to yourself matters. Your thoughts become your reality. So if you're constantly telling yourself negative things, you're going to attract more negativity into your life. But if you start using positive affirmations, you can shift your mindset and attract more positivity and abundance.

So here's what I want you to do. Take a moment to think about what you want in life. Maybe it's success, love, or happiness. Whatever it is, write it down. Then, create a positive affirmation that reinforces that goal. For example, if you want to be successful, your affirmation could be, "I am a successful person who achieves all of my goals."

Now, here's the important part. Repeat that affirmation to yourself every day. Say it out loud, write it down, and really believe it. Visualize yourself achieving that goal and feel the emotions that come with it.

Trust me, it may feel weird at first, but the more you do it, the more it will become a part of your mindset. You'll start to see opportunities and possibilities that you may have missed before. And before you know it, you'll be living the life you've always dreamed of.

So start using the power of affirmations today. Believe in yourself, trust the process, and watch the magic happen. Remember, you've got this!

So many times I hear people saying: "I'm burning the candle at both ends" meaning they are working hard... Most are part of the "Go-Getter" club. The question we all need to ask ourselves is: "Am I changing who I am, to help make the world a better place?"

In business and in life we tend to strive to DO whatever, but we don't tend to change who we are in the process. Until we become that which we want to attract into our lives, we will never attract it.

When people study the Law of Attraction, they look at the external aspects of the work that is done. That is where 99% of people fail. They fail to change themselves internally to align with the energetic signature of the things they are wanting to attract into their lives.

It is where I struggled for years, so I do not make this post lightly, saying everyone else does it, but not me...

It is WHY I share what I share on this page. To help others who are struggling to find themselves in the chaos of living in a 3D-5D integration of this existence. It is not easy to be working on ourselves to grow and develop into the people we know we can be.

It's where I find joy in helping others... Helping them to find the TRUTH about themselves in a world full of chaos.

It's time for full transparency in business and life. Here's the beginning for me.

Rising Phoenix is my rising up from the ashes as the beautiful phoenix does as it outgrows the body it had and is reborn more powerful and beautiful each and every time.

So, as Fawkes went up in flames in Dumbledore's office right before Harry's eyes, I am telling the story of my "flame moment" this year, and will continue to write about what I am learning about life, spirituality, healing, Reiki, NLP, Hypnosis, Mental Health, Yoga, Meditation and more.

I truly want to inspire others to know you can hit rock bottom, but in that moment, you can see the sky... and that beautiful sky is the limitless expansion of what you can become!

Many times over the years, I have heard the phrase: "Take time to stop and smell the roses".

I think we should all take time to enjoy and really connect to every living thing.

Today, as I was enjoying some of this amazing new energy from the Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio that happened this morning around 6:49 am ET., I stopped to take time with this magnificent beauty.

The energy that you can tap into from the trees is so very powerful.

I taught my kids as they were growing up (before I knew what I now know about existence) that the trees were powerful energy sources.

I taught them that the roots of trees dig deep into the earth and that their "arms" reach up to the heavens.

Little did I know back then how true that statement was. Now, when I am all scattered, frazzled, or just "out of whack", I always go spend time with the trees.

Their energy is so calming, peaceful, and yet so very full of wisdom.
