Tuesday afternoon was so much more than a ribbon cutting—it truly felt like a celebration. 🌳
I am so thankful for every person who came to celebrate Resilient Roots Foundation LLC and this next chapter in the Pike County community. Looking around the room and seeing my family who always support me, friends, clients, former students, educators I’ve had the privilege of working alongside over the years, and members of the Pike Chamber of Commerce meant more to me than I can put into words.
Resilient Roots has been serving children, families, and classrooms for the past year and a half, but this celebration felt like a special moment to plant our roots a little deeper here in Pike County.
At the heart of Resilient Roots is a simple belief: children need more than academic skills to thrive. We help children build the emotional, social, communication skills, and more that they need for school, relationships, and life—while supporting the adults who are helping them grow.
To everyone who showed up, encouraged me, celebrated with me, and has supported Resilient Roots along the way—thank you. Seeing so many different parts of my journey come together in one room was incredibly special.
I’m grateful for where Resilient Roots has already been, and so excited for what is still growing. 🌱
Helping children build the skills needed for life.
