Premium Membership Raffle at FotoFest

Ever wonder how awesome the NHCP Premium Studio membership is? Now is the chance to find out.
FotoFest Raffle is this Saturday. We have two 6 month memberships as raffle prizes.
Tickets are $5 for one chance and $20 for 5 chances.
Premium membership includes access to the studio which has our 24" Epson P9000 printer (all you provide is your paper) and our lighting studio with complete lighting and set needs.
Raffle tickets available only in person at FotoFest.

Our American Landscape
Photos from NHCP's newest members project last Saturday. If you missed this initial meeting you can still join the project. Our next meeting will be Saturday, October 17, 10am at the Kimball Jenkins studio. Here is a snapshot of the project guidelines and you can down load the whole prospectus in the files section of this page.

NHCP Project: Our American Landscape
The American landscape isn’t just about geography—it’s about scale, contrast, and the layered stories that stretch across it. But the American landscape isn’t only a ‘natural’ untouched one. It includes the human imprint—cities rising from unlikely terrain, while smaller towns perhaps glow in the oasis of wide open spaces and blue skies. All of it together forms a visual narrative: movement from wilderness to settlement, from quiet to intensity, from ancient formations to modern skylines. The American landscape is less a single scene and more a shifting mosaic—one that feels both grounded in earth and can be shaped by imagination.
This project invites NHCP members to explore the many dimensions of the American landscape and to shape a personal vision—using photography to tell stories that are both individual and distinctly rooted in place.

FotoFest 2026, August 15, is just around the corner. We had an exceptional turnout last year and expect the same this year. As added events this year we will have a Fine Art Book Table, NHCP Photo Equipment table, proceeds of which will purchase a safety paper cutter for the studio and a Raffle with a 2 grand prizes: 6 month premium memberships to the NHCP print and lighting studio.

New Hampshire has long been a home for artists including such notable examples as Augustus Saint-Gaudens, J.D. Salinger and Lotte Jacobi. To celebrate the importance and impact that creative people have on the state, New Hampshire Center of Photography members spent eighteen months making environmental portraits of painters, sculptors, musicians, writers, ceramic artists, photographers, wood craftsmen, chefs, story tellers, actors, and performers amongst many others. This exhibition is not meant to be an exhaustive survey of the creative people in the Granite State, but a sampling of the rich cultural diversity of art and creativity that is active in the state at this moment.

Please join us for the reception of “New Hampshire Creates” on Wednesday, April 22, 5–6:30pm at French Hall, New England College, 148 Concord Street, Manchester, NH.

The exhibition continues through May 20th.
