I am back with a very simple question that I just watched in a TV show and actually made me think a little bit:

What makes you strong?

Life coaching online, oh yes! What a great opportunity to learn what we are supposed to learn, what a great opportunity to go back to basics, what a great opportunity to be grateful. I was talking to one of my clients, parents always complain about the entitlement issues of their kids. What kind of example were you last week and the weeks to come? Remember your kids watch you more than they listen. The higher power is giving us this opportunity to revisit the way we live, let’s do it people, we got this. How to focus in what is positive now? How to make decisions based in love and not in fear? Yes it can be done. Remember your mind is powerful, be the inspiration, be the solution. I learned so much about me during my retreat with Dr. Joe Dispenza. I have received the same message last summer but I literally was a different person then. Here are the words that I got every day. We have layers to shed, and then when we think we are done, we find new ones. Love yourself enough to work on yourself, that is something I was taught from an early age. Grateful to be here where I am, and excited to keep moving wherever I go.

How truth is this for many people? For many! We keep attracting sometimes in the same frequency of how we feel about ourselves. It is time to change from the inside out, give it a try 🙂 this is a never ending journey, but it can be beautiful if you have the right support ❤️

Remember we all have different family dinamicé, and what works for one family night not work for another, but generally this is basic information if you start young, things get tricky if we want to implement this when the kids have the control over the parents. When I started my business, I never thought my niche would be parents with teens or tweens, but I love coaching this group. Believe it or not sometimes I am the last resource. I think this is a good article, read it if you have time, it has 6 steps that I think are helpful for some families. All families are different and come with different baggage. I raised my son very different than what people here in the US do, I have been criticize for the way I think and I have been admired too for the same reason. I think totally out of the box, but when it comes to coaching, every parent is different, so there might be some basics but at the end each family is unique.
