The CFEI coursework meets industry standards for the highest academic rigor. Throughout course development, clear performance expectations were established that now are referenced by credible organizations around the globe as benchmarks for financial educator instruction. Tia Johnson has met the guidelines established by this Framework for Teaching Personal Finance, a set of research-based components that aligns with InTASC standards and is grounded in a constructivist learning and teaching theory. The Framework breaks down the skills for effective financial literacy instruction into 22 components recognized as best practices in the industry. This program is offered to parents, educators, non-profit organizations and financial Institutions. We offer a variety of one day workshops:

-Someday I will Mother Daughter Workshop
-Boss Chic- A complete entrepreneurial course
-Try on a career- Girls will explore career options and be partnered with a mentor in their field. They will be equipped with tool and resources to get into a career that if fulfilling. Proper work attire and interview skills.
