I met Joe at a regional worship conference in Massachusetts hosted by Next Level Worship. He heads up Worship Cooperative (worshipcooperative.com), which does great work bringing churches together for songwriting, worship nights, and more.

Joe also runs a worship ministry school to develop worship musicians, and he has been using Practice to Platform with his students using a group plan.
