The Ivy Tech Foundation is excited to host Trivia Night in celebration of Ivy Tech Day, our 24‑hour fundraiser, on April 21st! 🎉🧠

Gather your friends, put your knowledge to the test, and enjoy great company with a little friendly rivalry. 🤝✨

The night will feature:

🍽️ Catered heavy appetizers
🍷 A cash bar with beer and wine

A portion of each ticket purchased supports Ivy Tech Day, helping strengthen the resources we rely on to meet student needs and providing barrier‑busting dollars that help students cross the finish line and reach their academic goals.

Program of study: Secondary Education Biology
Groups I am involved in: SGA, Biology Club, Future Teachers Club, and PTK.
Personal interests: I am a licensed nail technician, so I love doing nails! I enjoy hiking, camping, fishing and pretty much anything that involves nature. Another one of my favorite hobbies is playing video games! In general, I am just a lover of life. If I had to list everything I enjoy, it would take all day!

Meet Bella Eweka, one of our Senators!

Hi! My name is Bella Eweka, I am an Associate of General Studies Major and am a part of the SGA and VCAD clubs. I also work as the federal work-study for the Ivy Columbus marketing team. When I am not on campus, which is most of the time, I am probably with my dog, taking a nap, or catching up on my reading. I’m always happy to help if you ever need directions, have questions about what kind of events are happening on campus, or need to get to any of the administrative services.

Friday we had our Spring Town Hall Meeting. We discussed all the things happening in SGA, PTK, VCAD and some of the other clubs on campus this semester. Stay tuned for one at the end of the semester as we will highlight everything SGA and the student organizations have done during the 2025-2026 school year.

Meet Kaitlyn Moore, one of our Senators!

Hello, my name is Kaitlyn Moore, and I am a Visual Communications Student pursuing my associate's degree at Ivy Tech Columbus! My goal is to work towards becoming a Media Creator/Designer and Visual Storyteller.
I love supporting the campus, advocating and encouraging students with disabilities as a fellow Neurodivergent myself, and participating in campus activities and engaging with organizations! VCAD (Visual Communications Arts & Design Club), PTK and SGA, just to name a few, and the Bartholomew County Comic-Con are my absolute favorite groups to work alongside!
One of the most impactful lessons I've learned at Ivy Tech is to appreciate the journey, the people, the experiences that help us to grow!
A fun fact about myself is that I love to knit, and if you haven't met me before, I am always wearing a pair of knitted Ivy Tech earrings!
