Snarky Megs

I’ve finally have a chance to catch my breath after a total whirlwind of events. I was in 7 Painted Tree locations, so when they abruptly closed their doors. I had to scramble to get my snarky s**t from those stores in 4 states. I now have 21 card racks to empty and organize, 27 shelves to take apart, and about 50 totes to sort and empty. Let the fun begin!

I also got to celebrate this little guys 4th birthday!

I’m not going to drone on about the situation, but can I just say that taking advantage of small businesses is a really s**tty thing to do.

What do you do when you are at and your jacket gets wet? And it is 45*. You run over to and steal a flannel! They are so cute! It is going to be a beautiful weekend for shopping and fun. I’ve got lots of new snarky goodies. Come visit! Oh, but don’t steal. Stealing is wrong.

Another full day at The Sauerkraut Festival in Waynesville. I’ll be here all day, and I’ll have a special guest in the late afternoon. Get your boss a card and spread Christmas vibes all in one booth. The weather is perfect for shopping and eating outside. Join the fun!

I’ve gotta brag on my little guy! He just completed an intensive feeding therapy program at (and they mean intense…M-F, 9-4 for 8 weeks) He always struggled eating and has been off the charts tiny. I joked that he would go to high school drinking pediasure out of a bottle, well, he needs bottles no more! He is eating and drinking everything he needs in his meals! I am so grateful to the team at the feeding program for their dedication to Thaniel (and me). We celebrated his graduation yesterday and he gets to party all weekend with Grandpa and Grandma!

Where are my sauerkraut lovers? One word for you….ewwwww! I am not a fan, but you can still find me at the Sauerkraut Festival in Waynesville today until 8 and tomorrow 9-6. Come visit! Wear your walking shoes and drawstring pants, there is lots to see and lots to eat.
