Exciting news! Capital University's School of Education has been awarded a grant from the Ohio Department of Higher Education for a program to address the teacher shortage in grades K-12. The Capital City Teacher Residency Program (CCTR) is a two-year licensure program offered in partnership with Columbus State Community College and Columbus City Schools. The goal is to increase diversity and grow the number of qualified, licensed classroom teachers in the CCS district.
