What COMPOSTs? Everything! Some things, however, take a theoretical Fazillion (according to Christal) years to decompose, so we focus on things that will decay before we do. We're currently working with food-scraps: Veggie peelings, unwanted leftovers, coffee grounds, etc. Even meat and bones! Yep.
Why COMPOST, our rationale: Integral to the design of the universe, compost is the result of the tiniest organisms doing the work of turning what is unsightly and inconvenient into something valuable and life-preserving!
COMPOST, our definition: Organic material decayed to a minimal state, the best plant food for growing healthy people food!
