Want to try your hand at meat judging? The Meat Science Club would like to invite all current undergraduate & graduate students to the 5th Annual Buckeye Classic!
Form a 4-person team ($20) or judge as an individual ($5) and see what it’s all about! Note: we ask that those who have judged in the past (meat, livestock, poultry, etc) refrain from entering for the sake of fairness. See you in the cooler!

We had a great crew grilling for Back 2 School Bash last week! Our first club meeting will be next Wednesday, Sept 11th at 6pm in 117 AnSci. Not coming would be a huge missed steak! 🥩
