At 1:52am on Monday, October 26, 2020, retired Navy Commander Fred C. Holt passed away peacefully at his home. He was a great man, a great husband, a great father, a great leader, and a great servant. We will all miss him greatly but his legacy continues.

Charles Franklin Bailey, 79, formerly of Phenix City, AL passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Jackson General Hospital in Jackson, TN. A funeral service will be held at Vance Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA on Monday, January 13, 2020 beginning at 11 am with Pastor Ed Kvietkus officiating. The interment will conclude at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, January 13, 2020 at Vance Brooks Funeral Home from 10 am until 11 am, one hour prior to the service.

Company founder, Ralph Holt, has been joined in heaven by his second daughter, Nancy Holt Adams. Ralph and Oma now have their two youngest children dancing on streets of gold with them. Rest well, Nancy!
