How 1/8th Of A Tank of Gas Ended Up Costing Me $3000

Back in high school, I had a black extended bed pickup truck—definitely one of my favorite things that I took a lot of pride in. But, like a lot of students, I often felt stretched thin on time and money.

As a result, I usually put off filling up the gas tank and instead opted for putting in just a few dollars at a time. Typically about 1/8th of a tank.

Where focus goes, energy flows.

You and I are pure energy beings.

Because we have a body and mind, these tools allow us the sovereignty to choose how and where to direct our focus and energy. This is what separates human beings from any other species on this planet.

The root word of currency is current.

Current = energy.

Your attention IS your currency.

Your attention is sacred and of infinite value.

Unfortunately, most of us have not learned how to channel our precious currency in a way that promotes life and wellbeing becaue we have not learned how to consciously cultivate our body and mind.

As a result, we are misdirecting our sacred energy and currency toward that which is cheap and of low quality.

Things like other people’s opinions and mental dramas.

Manufactured political dramas.

Mindless entertainment and social media pontificating.

I could go on and on.

Are the things that you allow to capture your attention worthy of your sacred focus?

There is absolutely nothing that affects your life more than where YOU choose to place your focus on a daily basis.

How and what we eat.

How and what we think about.

How we talk about other people and situations.

How we talk about ourselves.

What we react to and what we do not react to is always OUR choice.

Our attention is literally how we channel our life force essence.

Where we spend our currency determines our future more than anything else. This is true for us individually and collectively as a society. We have all the power to decide our future.

No one has more authority than you and I do. Don’t fall into the delusion that power lies anywhere else than within you.

Spend your life’s sacred energy on assets, not liabilities. May we learn the difference between the two.
