• At least 23 years of age
• Reliable, trustworthy, compassionate
• Has a passion for working with children
• Confident working with infants and toddlers
• Can pass a state and federal fingerprinted background check
• Valid drivers license
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Wants to make a difference within their community
