Project Evergreen Field Rebuild Application

DFW Parks and Recreation departments, cities, and school districts are invited to participate in a collaborative initiative organized by the Sports Field Management Association (SFMA), Project Evergreen, and the Texas Sports Field Management Association (TXSFMA).

On December 8th, 2025, these organizations will conduct a field rebuild event to support a local community. The program includes a field rebuild and educational day in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, scheduled near the annual SFMA conference in January 2026.

The selected site for the rebuild will receive assistance from industry professionals and corporate partners to restore the field.

To apply for this project, complete the form at the provided link. The submission deadline is August 27th, 2025.

One field will be chosen, with the rebuild aligned with the

Texas Turfgrass Association Winter Conference in Denton

December 9th and 10th, 2025 and the TXSFMA Annual Meeting.
