To wrap up the year, we hosted a tie dye with compost event! We made natural dyes with food scraps, like red cabbage and spinach and were able to reach out to a wide range of students about creative ways to reuse food waste. It was a blast and we ended up with some great up-cycled clothing!
Summer is the perfect time for sustainable diy projects! Let us know if you have tried or know of any unique ways to reuse food waste. 🌿
