When we take action or get into motion, we can influence our emotions. We don't have to be controlled by our emotions. We can act with intention. When we feel sad, we can take the action of expressing gratitude. When we feel fear, we can move to face our fears! When we are disappointed, we can intentionally take action to regroup and start again.
