Is your In-Kind documentation audit-ready?
If a grantee fails to document or meet the required match, federal funds may be disallowed or reduced.
Avoid the most common Office of Head Start (OHS) monitoring findings regarding non-federal share documentation:
❌ Missing volunteer sign-in sheets or time logs.
❌Incorrect valuation of donated services.
❌Counting services funded by another federal program.
❌Lack of documentation proving the activity benefited the program.
