Roads getting better

Cute little pantry box installed in canal today.

A few projects we completed before winter gets into full swing….
• Painted 1500 linear feet of fence
• Demoed and rebuilt a roughly 16x32 foot deck removed and replaced. ( all permits approved )
• Replaced a couple Bradford white hot water tank heating elements.
• Installed a new storm door
• Bathroom exhaust fans cleaned and upgraded.

Just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to the permit department of City of Groveport. Out of all the municipalities weve dealt with, they are definitely always dedicated to helping the small businesses with the permit processes and small changes needed to make jobs flow easier. From small changes to a permit that would take others days for a response to the turn around times on calling in an inspection. I hope your personal touch and conversations never change from the small town feeling!

Replaced some leaking sharkbites this weekend and went ahead and installed a couple shutoffs that now control the basement bathroom. Contractors please stop using these methods and homeowners if you see sharkbites being installed (especially behind walls ) at least ask if there’s others options to be had. You don’t want to rely on these for permanent solutions.
