Donate to Help Jet Heal, organized by Benjamin D. Zelman 04/21/2026

Jet is going through a tough time after a traumatic incident left her unable to work and facing financial stress. She’s a creative soul who’s brought so much light to our community, and now she needs our support to cover rent and living expenses while she heals.

I donated to this fundraiser because the cause really matters to me. It’s already reached 26.67% of its goal, and small contributions can help them reach the next milestone. Even a quick share can help this reach someone who’s able to support.

Please consider sharing or donating if this cause speaks to you. Every bit of help makes a difference. Thank you for showing up for one of our own. 🙏🎶

Wow! What an intense time to be alive! Are you feeling this energy right now? It’s Friday the 13th, Winter blowing it’s final icy breath with wildly high winds, Mercury in Retrograde, the Schumann resonance off the charts, major solar flares hitting the Earth, chaotic and violent geopolitical events here and abroad… I think we could all use some healing.

Never fear, family, I’m on my way to Columbus for the Gift of Light Expo with my gong, looper, lots of instruments, my sweet smelling, rune and other symbol-engraved, wood-burned Palo Santo and gemstone jewelry, medicinal chocolates of raw cacao & mushroom (lions mane, chaga, reishi, etc) infused with pumpkin spice and ginger cookie crumbs! Some of the most beautiful jewelry I’ve ever made and super tasty superfood treats, and I’m bringing it all to you now! Come to the Gift of Light at the fairgrounds all day Saturday and Sunday and enjoy tons of amazing seminars, vendors, readers, healers, and performances! Be well, family! Love, SadaNam

Happy Guru Purnima! 🌕 This full moon in July is the most auspicious of the whole year, celebrated by many Eastern traditions!

Join us in our joyous Kundalini Yoga practice tonight at 7:30 from the comfort of your home or backyard on Zoom (link in bio, no experience required)

Guru Purnima is a festival deeply rooted in Indian traditions, honoring teachers and spiritual mentors. It originated from ancient Vedic traditions and is celebrated by Hindus, Buddhists, and Jains. The festival primarily commemorates the birth anniversary of Maharishi Veda Vyasa, the sage who compiled the Vedas and wrote the Mahabharata. Additionally, Buddhists celebrate Guru Purnima as the day Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon at Sarnath.

I offer these events once a month @sacredvortexteahouse (Last Wednesdays) 06/24/2025

Tomorrow (Wednesday) at 6:00pm it’s about to go down! These past 5 months offering sound healing events at The Sacred Vortex Teahouse and Kombuchery have been absolutely beautiful! And since I was requested to incorporate ecstatic dance, it’s been even more fun! 🔥💃🏽🎶🌈🥰🥳🤩🧘🏼🔥

We gather at 6pm and offer our gratitude and intentions with ceremonial grade cacao (like hot chocolate, but unadulterated and with 100 times the energy, heart-opening, and euphoria!) Then, I lead some stretches and warmups to get our bodies energized and limbered up for ecstatic dance where we shake off our stress, drum, sing (if called) and reach total liberation until we’re ready for deep relaxation in the vibration of the gong, singing bowls, nature sounds, didgeridoo, ukulele, guitar… I also provide Reiki healing which has produced amazing results and led to major breakthroughs, releases, and pain relief forr many participants!

I offer these every last Wednesday, so join us tomorrow and don’t wait until the end of July if you’re ready for your bliss! Mark your calendar! All forms of donation are accepted, suggested $26-35. Let’s get ecstatic together, fam! 🥰

Most people have never had ceremonial grade cacao and have never done ecstatic dance. Do people even realize what joy, liberation, and relief is possible? I’ve gotten reports of complete pain relief, long-lasting healing, mystical messages and visions, emotional breakthroughs, and deep peace!

👍Like this post and comment if you support holistic healing through yoga, reiki, sound healing, cacao ceremony, and/or ecstatic dance because it’s all going down tomorrow in this month’s event at 6:00 on Weds April 30th at The Sacred Vortex Teahouse and Kombuchery!
