Saturday March 15 from 10am to 6pm. Eight hours is the State of Ohio requirement.

Senate Bill 215 has been signed into law and will make it legal to carry a concealed handgun without a license in Ohio beginning on June 13, 2022.

I aced the real estate exam! Now I am reaching out to see if I can help you sale or buy real-estate.

I have a 40 year history buying, selling, flipping, and running a residential rental business. After retiring from my career job as an engineer and manager for AT&T I was looking for something that I could do to use my property management skills and help people.
At AT&T I was responsible for locations that my 170 plus employees worked out of across Ohio and Indiana. I have experience managing both residential and commercial properties.

I grew up on the South Side and South-West side of Columbus; and moved to Grove City and Pickaway County during my adulthood. I currently reside with my wife Lora in Gahanna. Therefore, I have lived in a wide range of neighborhoods. I believe this gives me a unique appreciation and understanding of the different needs of people and families.

If you ask me to describe my strongest character trait in one word it would be “versatile”. I believe versatility is what is going to make me an effective realtor. When the time comes for you to buy or sale real-estate I humbly ask you to allow me to represent you.

There are still many reasons to get your CCW. One of them is to be able to carry out of state. My next CCW class is Sunday April 30 from 11am to 7pm. The classes are held in Grove City near Giant Eagle. The cost of the class is $95. If you want to use my gun and ammo it is $25 more. Please forward this to your friends.
