Today is the last performance of Columbus Redbud Players presentation of Charlotte’s Web at 2pm at the Columbus Middle School. Tickets are only $5 at the door. The Columbus Chamber Choir, based in Columbus, Wisconsin is a mid-sized choral ensemble dedicated to the celebration of varied cultural, sacred, religious, spiritual, and community musical traditions through the presentation of works from a variety of genres that are composed by music-makers associated with a host of unique and popular styles. We are led by Dr. Jonathan Overby, best known as the host and executive producer of The Road to Higher Ground with Jonathan Overby on Wisconsin Public Radio. Dr. Overby is a highly respected figure in the worlds of radio broadcasting, ethnomusicology and community engagement in Wisconsin. He started the Columbus Chamber Choir in 2019, with a bit of a hiccup due to Covid, we are excited to begin our 4th year together. Come join us this Thursday evening to audition and be part of something special here in Columbus :)
