T.H.E. RaD Lab is a creative research and development environment to foster understanding, policies and interventions aimed at preparing youth for employment.

The Rad Lab brings together youth, educators, researchers, employers, and designers to identify skillsets and understand those skillsets within real social entrepreneurial environments.
