Puddle Jumpers was an idea born out of love and a desire to provide “something better” for my nephews, Ralph and Walter Croom, as well as other children. Ralph and Walter were both in another day care in early 2005 and, in getting to know many of the women who worked there, my sister (and subsequently me) found out that the environment there was not what we had expected.
