Pondering my Upcoming 59th Birthday ✨️🌳✨️

In Profection Astrology, my 59th birthday actually signifies the *end* of my 59th year and the start of my 60th year. This activates a 12th House Profection Year for me. This is a pivotal, quiet year designed for spiritual growth, reflection and releasing the past before entering a new major life cycle at age 60. Interesting that next year is a Collective 1 Year, and when my 60th birthday arrives next year, I will be in a 1st House Profection Year.

My 12th House Profection Year activates the themes of hidden matters, solitude, spirituality and endings. This period focuses on inner transformation, releasing old identities, and mental health, often characterized by a quieter, more introspective phase of life. There will be a heightened need to pull back from the world to focus on inner work and spiritual development.

This marks a time of Spiritual Reawakening for me!

This season of Ta**us is so powerful for me: My Sun, Moon, Mercury and North Lunar Node are in Ta**us in the 8th House; Scorpio naturally rules the 8th House. Neptune and my South Lunar Node are in Scorpio in the 2nd House; Ta**us naturally rules the 2nd House. So here I see a lot of interplay between Ta**us and Scorpio.

Neptune is the Ruling Planet of the 12th House and that is where my Profection is happening! And if that were not enough, Uranus and Pluto are both natal in my 12th House; Pluto naturally rules the 8th House, another alignment with Scorpio, my sister sign as I am a Ta**us.

My 12th House is in Virgo, so using the Hellenistic Method, my Time Lord is Mercury. This means that the Time Lord will be calling me to focus on an intentional daily ritual and an increase in my writings, all concurrent with Spiritual Deep Dives and Spiritual Awakening.

Flying by the seat of your pants is not the same as living in the moment, although many people may confuse the two concepts.

Mindfulness and intentionality are not only focused on being present, but also includes living in a contemplative manner. We want to practice mind-full-ness, not mind-empty-ness.

Mind-full-ness is not a state of constant brain clutter and overthinking; rather, it is a state of presence in which your mind is engaged in thoughtful (thought-full) pondering and contemplation, influenced by our Guides and Divine Universe.

If you do not have any forethought of your actions and your words, and if you do not have any afterthought of your actions and your words, you may think that you are living in the moment, but you are not. The moment is not yours, it does not belong to you. It belongs to whatever random thought or idea is possessing you in that moment.

To be self-possessed means that you are mindfully aware of that which is within you.

When you are self-possessed, nothing else can possess that space within you.

Then, you can truly embody flow, alignment and mindfulness.

Then, you are not only present, but you become Presence.

The Sun is in fiery, energetic Aries.

Within me there are worlds of wonder. Sacred chambers of wisdom, ancient libraries filled with understandings beyond human experience. I stand at the door, on the precipice. I am knocking. Who, or what, will answer?

The door swings wide, inviting my presence. I breathe. I know these scents well: the musty leather and paper of well-read tomes; the old wood of heavy bookcases; the burning of oil in lamps; the coffee that awaits me in a carafe.

I see a nook of pillows and blankets nestled in a corner, and I am invited to rest amongst the writings: human adventures, angelic realms, zebras and elephants in Africa, shimmerings of unknown dimensions, gargoyles and ogres, hidden truths concerning Kwan Yin, Inanna and the Magdalene, how water freezes and the trees speak to one another, whales and sea lions in Antarctica, councils and federations of galaxies, the properties of jasper, carnelian and onyx, Cernunnos running through the forest, the storehouses where time and treasure are kept - all of these unfolding fractals of comprehension available to nourish my soul.

My breath quivers at the enormity of all that is held within my view.

I read and I dance. I drink deeply from this oasis. I weave, I stitch and I sew fragments of kennings into reality. I sing beyond the understanding of color, sound and emotion.

I am reduced and expanded over and over again until all that remains is Truth.
