Summer 2025 - Enrichment & Off Ice Classes
Enrichment Classes are open to figure skaters, with freestyle experience, who have
competently completed the LTS USA Basic 6 level.
Classes could incorporate the following:
Power - Skaters will learn to enhance their skating speed, endurance and power through drills and
stroking patterns
Turns and Edges - Techniques will be taught to improve control, edges, extension, power,
quickness and skaters will gain knowledge of 3 turns, brackets, counters, rockers, twizzles, loops
and more!
Movement and Choreography - Using a variety of music, skaters will learn to express ideas
through movement using step sequences and body action.
Cost: $15 per 30-minute class. Online registration is required.

Tuesday 11:15-11:45am @ Easton
Wednesday 11:15-11:45am @ North
Thursday 11:00-11:30 am @ Easton
Thursday 5:15-5:45pm @ Easton

Off Ice Classes are open to figure skaters, with freestyle experience, who have competently
completed the LTS USA Basic 6 level.
**Equipment to bring to class**
tennis shoes, jump rope, spinner (recommended), yoga mat, towel, water bottle
Classes could incorporate the following:
Strength and conditioning - Using dynamic and static exercises to help skaters improve their overall
athleticism, strength, balance and flexibility which can enhance their on-ice performamnce and
conditioning.
Cost is $10 per 45-minute class. Online registration is required.

Ballet
Ballet Classes are open to figure skaters of all levels and ages
**Equipment - ballet shoes**
Skaters will learn proper technique to create graceful movements and long lines
Cost is $10 per 60-minute class. Online registration is required.
