Storing meat and the choosing hugher quality is huge with myself.
Some people don't choose to have protein sources that are from animals, and that's okay.
For those that do, here are some fantastic tips to store and choose the best quality meats that are lean and simple. :)

Here's a little tip for ya..
Need a healthy meal, but don't have a lot of time? Grab a rotisserie chicken and a bagged salad and boom lunch/supper is served!

Which would make you feel more full?
The whole grapes would be more filling AND has less calories!
There’s nothing wrong with raisins, they are just more calorie dense and you’d want to eat them with a source of protein or fat to keep your blood sugar balanced. A small handful of nuts would do it!
