Join us this Saturday, December 30, at the Columbus Metropolitan Library for our first in-person mental health awareness dialogue themed "Balancing Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Wellness."

Two years ago, we launched the Grassroots Conversation, a virtual platform within the D-Lenz Media Network. This initiative strives to spotlight and consistently discuss underreported and human interest issues, including mental health, r**e, and human trafficking.

Since our initial virtual mental health event in May 2021, we've organized several other virtual events raising awareness for mental health.

This year, we're thrilled to co-host our first in-person mental health event along with the Apex 1 Radio. As the year concludes, it's essential for us to connect, check in with one another, and sustain efforts to raise awareness for mental health.

Join us on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at the Columbus Metropolitan Library, 5590 Karl Rd, Columbus, OH 43229, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.
