What an exciting day full of discoveries! We have been watching our blackberry bushes for growth and they are starting to ripen 🤗 Then we checked out the 🫐 and the 🍇 During our walk we stumbled upon the most amazing thing....a turkey hen on her eggs!!! Of course the children's excitement scared her off which gave us the perfect opportunity to check out her eggs! We had already seen another hen with her little babies so we took them food. And we found a birds nest that had fallen after the babies flew away and caught a beautiful butterfly

Such fun learning from nature!!!!

These kiddos are AMAZING hunters! In 2 days they caught a lizard, a grasshopper, a bee, a dragonfly and a butterfly! We were even lucky enough to see a red fox on our nature walk!
